Terms of service

Two designs are put head to head around a question people disagree about. Visitors pick a side. The winner goes on sale for a limited window in a limited quantity, and the losing design is shelved and not produced.

• One vote per person per battle. Votes are final and cannot be changed.
• Do not attempt to vote more than once, whether by clearing cookies, using multiple devices, scripts, proxies, or paid services.
• We may discard votes we believe to be automated or manipulated, and may void a battle that has been interfered with.
• Results shown during a battle are provisional until voting closes.

No purchase is necessary and no payment is required to enter or to win. Your vote is the entry; an email address is collected only so a winner can be contacted.

• One entry per email address per battle.
• The winner is drawn from the entries for that battle after voting closes.
• We contact the winner by email. If we cannot reach them within a reasonable period, or the entrant turns out to be ineligible, another may be drawn.
• A prize cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred.
• Entrants must be old enough to form a binding contract where they live, and staff and their immediate families cannot enter.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• The giveaway is run by us alone. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Google, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform.

Winning designs are sold in a limited run. Prices, availability and delivery times are shown at the point of purchase. Nothing on this site guarantees that a particular design will ever be produced or restocked, and a limited run may sell out.

All artwork, designs, the Battle Club name and the site itself belong to us or to our licensors. You may share links and images of a battle to argue for your side. You may not reproduce, print, sell or use the artwork commercially without written permission.

If you believe something here infringes your rights, send us the details and we will look into it promptly.

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site or its admin area, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We may block access for anyone who does.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it, including ending a battle early where something has gone wrong.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms may change; the date at the top will change with them, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Battle Club is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the law of the country where you live, and nothing here removes them.
